Conditions of Sale
All payments for purchases made through this site are securely processed by Paypal, a secure way to make payments without revealing your financial details. The Woodmansterne Collection does not ask for sensitive information (like credit card numbers) and does not receive this information from Paypal.
Returned tickets may be offered for sale once all house tickets have been sold. Should we successfully re-sell tickets a refund will be due from which an administration fee may be deducted. However, we reserve the right not to accept tickets for re-sale.
Refunds - Tickets will not be refunded unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place.
Delivery - Tickets will be sent out by post when time permits. If the performance is within the next 5 days tickets, will be held for collection care of the Box Office.
Those who arrive late for the start of a performance, or after an interval, will be seated at a suitable break in the performance wherever possible.
The taking of photographs or the recording of any performance is strictly prohibited.
Tickets are required for each child attending a performance. Parents are reminded that some performances are not suitable for young children.
The Woodmansterne Collection reserves the right to change the advertised arrangements of any performance in the event of illness or any cause beyond its control. Money will not be refunded unless a performance is cancelled or abandoned when less than half the performance has taken place.
